About Us
I understand the immense pressure and exhaustion that come with working in demanding environments like healthcare. There was a time when I felt constantly drained, struggling to keep up with the endless demands of my job while experiencing
deep compassion fatigue. This left me physically worn out and feeling disconnected from myself and others.
My journey into coaching began in 2006 after a dear friend and colleague’s sudden death. While attending design school, I discovered how creative practices like writing, storytelling, and art can assist with healing during life's most painful moments. This experience ignited a lifelong calling to work with families facing end-of-life challenges.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, my desire to work at the intersection of grief, trauma, and traumatic bereavement deepened. Extensive training in 2022 as a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach provided me with tools to work safely and effectively with trauma survivors, helping them build resilience and a life they love.
Now, my passion is to help others achieve the transformation they seek in their lives. Through the 'Healing Together: Pathways to Resilience and Connection' program, I guide healthcare professionals in overcoming burnout, compassion fatigue, and stress-induced physical distress. My diverse background equips me to navigate the complexities of grief and trauma, fostering healing and resilience for clients.
As a certified coach with extensive experience in empowering healthcare professionals to triumph over burnout, I skillfully co-create personalized strategies to help my clients transform their challenges into strengths, enabling them to continue their noble service to others with renewed passion and balance. I combine my extensive training with a diverse background in creative and visual design, consulting, end of life, spiritual, and grief education, to provide a comprehensive, integrative, and holistic approach to coaching.
Rebecca Mullins is a Certified Mental Health Coach (CMHC) through Headspace Training Institute and holds 3 certifications as a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach (CTRC-AG) from the IAOTRC. She is also an Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Specialist (ACGRS) and is currently preparing for her National Board Certification (NBC-HWC) for credentialing in 2024.

Healthcare Professionals: Physicians, nurses, emergency services personnel (paramedics, EMTs, firefighters), mental health professionals (psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists), social workers, dentists, pharmacists, physical and occupational therapists, medical technologists, funeral providers, and veterinarians.
Struggling in Work and Personal Life: Individuals experiencing difficulties in their professional roles, personal lives, and relationships.
Willing to Invest in Themselves: Those ready to invest resources (time, money, and energy!) for personal growth and positive change.
Commitment and Confidentiality: Individuals who can commit to attending at least 11 out of 14 weekly group sessions and maintain the safety and confidentiality of all group members.
Active, Untreated Addiction: Individuals currently experiencing active addiction to substances or alcohol. 6 months of recovery is recommended for those diagnosed with an addiction disorder (SUD/AUD).
Severe Emotional Challenges: Those experiencing active or passive suicidal ideation, severe emotional dysregulation, dissociation, or directing anger at others instead of addressing issues.
Lack of Accountability and Preparedness: Individuals who project blame onto others, frequently cancel or reschedule, come unprepared, or complain without seeking support or taking ownership.
Unwilling to Learn and Engage: Those who show no interest in learning new modalities, exercises, or coaching tools, and are unable to be present, attuned to others, maintain strict confidentiality, or focus on emotional intelligence and maturity.
